BlockWorld 2018

This is a beginner workshop ideal for any one with very basic or no knowledge of the Ethereum blockchain. In this workshop, Pavan will build a simple decentralized Voting application. At a high level, the application will be an Ethereum smart contract where a user can create an election and initialize a list of contestants in the election. The user can then allow users to vote for the candidates. All the voting and the vote storage/counts are stored on the Ethereum blockchain.
